I am in Texas and they are in Connecticut so I wasn’t quite sure if they were legit or not. After reading the reviews I was hesitant, but they were the only ones who had the specific North Face hiking shoe that I was looking for in stock so I decided to take the risk. After placing the order, I immediately got a confirmation receipt email and a few days later I received a UPS tracking number and the shoes arrived right on time exactly as described, the right shoe size and everything. After reading all the mixed reviews online, I felt compelled to post a positive review to help others in a similar situation to mine feel more at ease with ordering from these guys. I would definitely order from them again. Thanks for everything, Bob’s Sport Chalet!!!

(May 31, 2023, 10:55 pm)After seeing mixed reviews for this business online, I was a bit reluctant to place an order - but I took the plunge, as they had a hard-to-find sweater that wasn’t available anywhere else online. I’m happy to say that everything went as planned - received order confirmation soon after placing the order, got an update three days later saying that the product shipped (along with tracking info), and received the product two days after that (as well as a delivery confirmation email).
