  Bob's crew showed up on time and were very nice and professional. My floors look absolutely beautiful! Zero dust and they are very clean. I am going to use them again! I highly recommend Bob Sidoti Floors!

  This was our very first time with refinishing solid wood floors. Having absolutely no experience and very little knowledge, we did a google search and Bob Sidoti’s website popped up first. We dialed the number and much to our surprise, we were greeted by an extremely kind and helpful voice - it was Bob Sidoti himself! Bob spent more than 30 minutes on the phone and answered all our questions with expertise and care. By the time we were done, we didn’t even think to shop around and look for a cheaper price. We knew we were in great hands and that’s all that mattered to us. Later, we spoke to our contractor and we found out that Bob’s price was fair (added bonus for us!)
  
  On the day of the job, Bob’s crew was quick and Bob called me multiple times to make sure I was happy. Even after the job was done, there was an area that got missed (through no fault of Bob’s crew), and Bob very generously sent his crew back to touch up that area.
  
  It’s really very refreshing to see this kind of customer care in a time where no one seems to care anymore. We are extremely grateful to Bob and we will definitely be using him again for our next project!

  We've used Bob Sidoti Floors two years in a row now, to finish some old pine floors. Both times they showed up with a crew and worked steadily to finish the floors. The results have been outstanding (which is why we went back to them this year). Their attention to detail and professionalism are impressive. This year, in particular, we had one floor which was covered with a substance which was very hard to remove, and the team worked incredibly hard and spent extra time to get the substance off so they could refinish the floors, and the result is a gorgeous refinished pine floor. Can't recommend Bob and his team enough. Responsive, professional, good value, and great results.

  Bob was amazing to work with! We had our floors refinished and they came out so great. We love the stain color and they showed up on time (even a little early) and finished the job efficiently and within the time estimate they provided to us before the work was done. Bob was great and very easy to communicate with, as well as super responsive. We will definitely be using them again!

  After purchasing our first home, we knew our 100+ year old hardwood floors would need to be refinished. We reached out to Bob and was able to talk to him the morning after we submitted and inquiring online to discuss the job that needed to be done. Bob was very friendly and easy to talk to and he answered all of our questions about the work we needed done. We were able to get a quote and schedule the work to be done within a few days very quickly and easily! On the day of the refinishing, the team, which included Bob's son, were friendly, and very efficient in setting up and starting the work. The job was done in a matter of a few hours and we were incredibly impressed with how beautiful the floors came out! We even had one area that had some black residue we were unsure would come off, and that section blended seamlessly with the rest of our floors when they were done! We are so happy with our refinished floors and will definitely be recommending Bob Sidoti Floors to anyone we know that needs to have their floors refinished! Thank you again Bob & team!
