  Have had the pleasure of knowing this family for almost 20yrs....privileged to have tutored Ryan in Physics & Calculus while he attended Wall HighSchool; even greater privilege for our family to have witnessed his Naval Academy graduation in 2009. Now after 10 yrs of military service, he will add to the unassailable reputation of this plumbing business. Bob has completed white glove service on a new boiler in our 90+ yr old home @ a fair price with the piece of mind that he stands by his work and is a phone call away if an issue develops. This business has thrived by emphasizing honesty, availability and measurable VALUE for money spent.
  
  As homeowners for almost 30 yrs, we have had our share or have heard of tradesmen horror stories.....read other reviews posted and this one. Never go cheap when it comes to plumbing/electrical work.

  We called Bob on short notice since we needed to close on our townhouse within days. Unlike most plumbers, Bob answered the phone and freed up time the next day to help us out. We had a loose toilet and Bob and Ryan showed up (on time!!) and replaced the toilet flange, clamp, service piping and valve, cleaned up and cleared the lines in the house as if nothing had been changed. Quality workmanship, nice guys, and reasonable price. This guy is the real deal.

  I used Bob for the first time this week for some work I needed in my home and he did an excellent job. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to figure out what was causing my problems and fix them within the visit. He was very dependable in setting up the appointment and coming as he committed and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Bob if you're in need of a plumber.

  Bob is a superb plumber. We called him on a Saturday, and he was very professional and accommodating with our schedule.
  He arrived promptly, when he said he would, and quoted us a fair price up front... no surprises. His workmanship and professionalism are top notch. He fixed our problem much to our satisfaction. He was neat and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. He's very nice to work with, and we highly recommend him.

  Bob was incredibly helpful and ended up saving us a bunch of money by trouble shooting with us over the phone and figuring out we had an electrical problem, not a plumbing problem. He could have charged us to come over and tell us that and we are really grateful for his honesty and helpfulness. He even called back to check in on our problem. A real stand up person. I would recommend him any day!
