Had routine maintenance; oil change, coolant change, etc.
Replaced a tire and tail light cover. Had a loaner car during this period.
Service was coordinated by Haley Persichilli who handled all aspects in an extremely professional, helpful, pleasant way.
I've been a driver almost 60 years, and this has been by far the best service experience I have ever had in all respects!
Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly. He communicated with me throughout the entire process which made me feel at ease. When I went to pickup my vehicle, it was was washed and waiting for me up front. Highly recommend BMW of Waterbury!
Brought my son’s car in for service since the check engine light was on and car failed emissions. I have never been so impressed with a car dealership’s service department. From the moment I first called to setup an appointment, Catherine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable,. Additionally, they provided us with a courtesy car so we were not without a vehicle. Junior, our service tech was also great. He took the time to explain the car issues (in our terminology) and was honest and able to answer all my questions (patiently too). The output of the service report was also impressive. Recently, we spent thousands of dollars at a non-BMW garage and come to find out, had we gone to BMW of Waterbury, some of the repairs would have been covered with the SULEV warranty. I highly recommend BMW of Waterbury. Initially, I was hesitant about going there because of the reputation car dealer service departments have when it comes to the cost. However, you are getting a premium service AND they know these BMWs inside and out. Thank you to the entire service department!
As a returning customer I highly recommend BMW of Waterbury's service center. The overall service-repair process, customer service and individual special accommodations (transportation/ loaner vehicles) are always above my expectations.
Junior and Haley (BMW of Waterbury service department) are amazing!! Over the past few years, I used this location for my vehicle's service needs. I am always pleased with the overall repairs. The service department really goes beyond!
Both Junior and Haley have been of great help with walking me through diagnosis, repair needs and cost. They are knowledgeable and communicate with me through the entire process. They even go beyond to ensure I have a loaner vehicle or tansportation while the vehicle is being serviced. Both Junior and Haley really make a difference and put your mind at ease. Working with them you know everything is okay and your in good hands!
Waterbury's service department really makes a difference when you go through needed repairs or routine vehicle maintenance.

Excellent experience with the entire dealership and staff. My vehicle was taken promptly, and I was given a newer loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. The repairs were done efficaciously, and quickly, all of my repair concerns were addressed. Haley, my service representative was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly, polite and attentive, she kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle, she researched what was covered with my extended warranty and my SULEV coverage, which I thought was great and gave me comfort. She was a joy to work with , thanks Haley, you did an outstanding job as did the entire dealership!
