  Ky Williams is a phenomenal sales person. He had the utmost patience with me as his client. I truly appreciate the personalized experience. Even with me changing my mind back and forth from car to car he was still very exceptional and patient. In the end I would definitely buy from him again always. He’s the reason why I turned in my HONDA and now I’m a proud BMW owner forever.

  Joel is an exceptional salesperson…I would refer to anyone. He is patient, knowledgeable and personable which made my car purchase virtually stress free. All the employees were pleasant and welcoming. Mara is a gem… walked me through finance process smoothly and efficiently. Thank goodness for Paul, My BMW Genius, he helped me get up and going in my new car. Paul made sure I felt comfortable and confident with the technology. The entire process was effortless… THANK YOU!!

  My overall experience was great, which isn’t surprising to me because the team at BMW Mt. Laurel is awesome. From the time I pulled into the service tent/area I was greeted with a smile, immediately serviced and ushered over to my Service Advisor. I believe I worked with Kathy & Elvin, whom were both very professional and knowledgeable. The video from the Tech was super great as well, very informative. It’s cool to see what’s going on under the car! I also I really appreciated how the general manager and service manager came into the waiting room (more than once) to make sure the customers were comfortable, there was some sort of issue with the A/C. Excellent customer service is always a treat, especially in todays climate where most things are virtual. Again, my experience was great, I really appreciate you guys! Thank you.

  Last week I leased my second car from BMW Mt. Laurel and came all the way from north jersey. I traded in my old X3 M40i, not thinking that I would be saving money, but surprisingly I am. And just like the first time, it was the smoothest and easiest buying experience I have ever experienced all over again. You will not waste the day here going back and forth. No gimmicks or haggling. So thankful/grateful for Joel Mazie and his customer service. He attended to my needs and followed through with his promised and met all of my needs. Everything was done via phone, and by the time I arrived to the dealership all the paperwork was done. I was in and out. I’m still in disbelief at how fast and reliable they are. Also thank you to Mara that assisted w/ the final paperwork and Paul touching base w/ me regarding the cars latest Tech. I will miss my old car a lot (no complaints) but I still pulled out of their lot very happy. Added my previous and new car to the post.
