  Daily updates from Luis were great. The dealership was willing to help with a courtesy car. In general, the newness of the electric car led to challenges in timing with repairs but the dealership had to rely on BMW NA to advise. Only other challenge was that updates stopped when Luis was on vacation so communication went a bit dark until I called and asked. Overall good experience.

  I had a great experience working with Monica! It felt like having a good friend be with me throughout the process. Monica was so patient and kind and understanding, especially after knowing I had been in an accident and that was the reason for needing a car. I really appreciate that she went over the Carfax on multiple cars and let me know her honest opinion on things.

  BMW of Bridgewater is the Best!! Robert is outstanding !! He is very kind and friendly. The staff was friendly and eager to help.
  I got my x7 the same date from BMW US Manufacturing Plant as we planned and I am very happy with that. I definitely recommend BMW of Bridgewater for all BMW lovers !! This is best service and acceptable price. Special Thanks to Mr Rob, John, Justin!!

  On-line scheduling for service was straightforward and easy; I was able to get an appointment for the date and time I preferred. Once I pulled into the service area, an attendant greeted me. My service advisor, Andrew, attended to me promptly and advised a wait of 1.5 hours (including car washing). Updates were provided via text, email, and in person, while we were waiting. 45 minutes later, Andrew came over and said that service has been completed, and my car was waiting for me outside. He went over the work done and thanked me for my business.
  
  The overall experience was great and I will be going back for my next service schedule.
