(June 26, 2023, 9:46 am)I had a roof leak and it exposed some failed patches the previous owner had done attempting to fix the leak. Knowing the age of the roof and seeing some deterioration I had Blue Nail come out to take a look and they confirmed my concerns and walked me through some great GAF solutions. I was going to go towards a the new solar shingles, but the economics just didn't make sense for my roof layout and sun exposure so I just went with a roof replacement.
Matt was extraordinarily helpful at guiding me through the process, pros and cons, and questions I had about roof and even siding issues with my house.
The quality of the roof looks great, but I'll have to see how things go over winter in order to confirm that the leak was resolved. The installation process was very fast. There was some installation related damage, but they made the necessary replacements/repairs. Overall happy with their work and plan to use them again in the future to fix my siding issues. -

(June 20, 2023, 3:00 pm)Blue Nail was great to work with for both siding and gutter installation. Ali Bayat was patient from the very beginning of process until completion. We were quite indecisive in beginning, but he showed a number of different options, gave us various work places to visit, and was always very responsive throughout the project. Would highly recommend working with him.

A shout out to the back office too. They were responsive when I called and or emailed.
These guys are not the cheapest. I feel good that I paid more and received best in class service. -

(January 9, 2023, 10:57 pm)Replaced my entire roof. Couldn't have been a smoother process with Blue Nail. EJ, Dan and John were all responsive and available at any time. Workers were efficient, they took care of property while project was being completed and cleanup was done well. EJ stopped by again after project was complete to do a final check and provide aerial shots of my completed roof. Would highly recommend Blue Nail.

(May 20, 2021, 12:23 pm)I have been in this business for over 30 years as a property manager and I can tell you Blue Nail Roofing and Siding is one of the best in the business. Professional, quick, caring and safe. My tenants loved to watch them install the roof and any new plywood on the roof deck. It was amazing to see how meticulous they were in doing the job right and perfect edges and lines. The job overnight was cleaned and examined for any debris and they even have a special metal detector with a magnet to pick up any loose metal on the property. I highly recommend Blue Nail Roofing and Siding.
