  My fiancé and I were looking at houses in the fall. We didn’t understand the homebuying process, but Adam explained it in simple terms for us to understand.   Adam Cohen helped me purchase my home in a rough sellers market. He managed to help me knock 27K off the asking price, when there was very little inventory. At the end of the day, I ended up being under the assessed value. He also helped me to navigate the home buying process through a thorny situation where the seller's tenants were refusing to vacate the property. I highly recommend Adam for all your real estate needs.

  Adam helped me with the purchase of my dream home, which started at defining what my dream house is like, such as the type of the house, location, community, amenities, etc etc.
  
  Buying a house can be overwhelming but Adam was there for me every step of the way. He always made himself available out of his busy schedule, even during the spring rush time, to answer my questions and concerns - he listened to what I was looking for and his responsiveness and knowledge were invaluable.
  
  Once my dream house was found in the market with other bidding competitors, Adam knew how to approach the seller, when to talk, how much to talk, how to deliver the message, until we won the favorable position.
  
  On the day of the closing, the closing room was filled with friendly atmosphere. Everybody was happy! I was thinking, thank you, Adam, you put this all together.
