  I suffered from horrible anxiety during the Covid pandemic. I ended up in the hospital not because of Covid but because my anxiety caused me to have some trouble breathing. What I love about Bloom Meta Health is that they not only work with people with pulmonary difficulties, but they work with people like me who forget how to breathe when during panic attacks. They made me feel that I was not alone. I was able to learn a few simple breathing techniques and exercises that they help me with put me on the right track.

  Bloom Meta Health helped give me my life back! THANK YOU! I breathe WAYYY easier now!! The exercises and breathing plan works with meaningful time and dedication to the program (what you put in you’ll get out of it). My pulmonary condition didn’t stand a chance after my sessions with Coach Steve who also has a serious pulmonary condition himself. Steve actually built the program himself based on his experience treating his own condition for years. Thr program is based on relaxed and easy exercises crafted on what you’re capable of, expert breathing techniques, a custom nutritional plan that helps you breathe better, and developing almost a “muscle memory” for your body by keeping the exercises consistent and repetitive, the biggest value is having Coach Steve there with you AND it’s complete remote! I can do it right from my home whenever I feel like it! It’s just really refreshing to have someone working with me who understands what it’s like waking up every morning and is fighting by my side for a normal everyday life - it’s nothing short of absolutely inspiring to me. I will continue these programs and hope Bloom Meta launches more in the future. Thank you,

  I have struggled with fall-induced asthma my whole life; until I paired up with Bloom Meta Health! They taught me new techniques and coached me through an extensive exercise program that helped open my airways and showed me how to navigate my breathing better. Thanks Bloom Meta Health!
