(March 22, 2023, 5:33 pm)The installer was prompt and friendly. The blinds and shades are beautiful, but two valances are the wrong color and three lack side pieces. The installer himself called my attention to these issues and said he'd schedule a time to fix them next week when he'd have the right parts.
Later I noticed a couple of shades aren't completely level. And one blind is so close to a wall that I can't pull the cord to that side. All my blind cords are on the left. I wish that when my windows were measured that the installer (or whoever does that task) had noticed and mentioned it. I know that in addition to measuring they are supposed to make sure what the customer ordered can be done as ordered.
Everyone at the factory store has been very friendly and helpful so I'm confident that Blinds to Go will make everything right by the time the installer is finished next week.
Update: It took many weeks for the few replacement parts to come in but the installer came and put them in and they look great. We love our new blinds because they make our home look beautiful inside! And the room darkening shades in the bedroom were a great bit of advice I got when I was in the store trying to choose. Thanks, Blinds to Go. -
