  Went in to see if they would put a cross on a necklace I couldn't get on because of the clasp, they were happy to help free of charge with a smile on there face. Also excellent selection of jewlery. Will be going back for sure!

  This is the ONLY place I bring my jewelry. I have been a loyal client for about 10 years now and wish I could buy everything they have. The selection is filled with variety for every style and budget... plus... you get a bonus of custom made wire wrapped, ethically sourced pieces from Michelle. The entire family and staff have always been a pleasure to work with. 🙂 I refer to them frequently for repairs and purchases.

  Anthony was incredibly helpful and patient. He spent a lot of time with us both in the showroom and on the phone. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. They will definitely have our business in the future.

  My girlfriend and I went in and looked at engagement rings in the summer and Blase helped us out with everything we needed. He made us feel no pressure to purchase anything and let us look at different diamonds and sized up her finger and wrote down what she liked on his business card and gave it to me in case I wanted to go look at other places, so I knew what she liked. He even gave us a pamphlet on the diamonds to know what to look for and information on all of that. After we left, I knew I was going back there from his customer service, politeness, and overall general caring for his customers. I went back a couple weeks later and put a deposit down on the ring and they started to get it made for me. I came back to pay for it and pick it up and Anthony was more than helpful in getting me set up with Insurance for the ring and everything else I needed. Everyone I interacted with in the store (sorry I can't remember the other two people's names) but everyone was so polite and helpful and made this process simple and safe minded knowing I was in good hands throughout the whole process that did not take very long after I knew what I was going to purchase. From start to finish they made everything so easy and understanding. I highly recommend them to anyone needing jewelry or any other service they provide! They just gained another lifelong customer for anything specific I need from a jewelry store! I will definitely be back when we purchase our wedding bands!

  Jeez where to start? First, they are amazingly nice and flexible. My partner got our ring and they even drove to our town to meet up and give it to us! She proposed in Glacier National Park while on vacation. There were some issues out of their control and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. I’m sure glad they did 😍
