  I’ve been to the shop on two different occasions and was treated very well both times. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There’s a high level of professionalism evident as soon as you walk in the door.
  
  I’ve been pierced by both Alex and Autymn. They were both consummate professionals who took great care of me. Very thorough in explaining and competent in their execution.
  
  The shop carries a robust selection of high quality jewelry. Top to bottom, a very well run business. Can’t recommend it enough.

  I got my nose pierced by Alex in May of 22 in the Edison location. He was so kind and patient. He took his time and gave me all the info to care for my new piercing. Today I went back to have my jewelry changed out. Dano changed it out. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. Best shop around. Highly recommend. Very clean and sanitary. From the piercers to the front desk staff, everyone is amazingly pleasant. Won't go anywhere else. Thank you black moon!!

  Black moon piercing is the best and most professional place I've gotten pierced at. The receptionist was great and super friendly (didn't catch her name unfortunately). She helped me pick out the jewelry for my piercing when I got there. She went above and beyond to make sure I chose a piece that I liked and that had the right fit for me. I also had the pleasure of being pierced by John. He gave me the best experience I've had so far! He did my left nostril. He made sure I was super comfortable and explained everything he was going to do in the process. He also made sure I knew I could come back if I needed any help during the healing process which I've never experienced before. It was a great experience overall! Will definitely go back there for my next piercing!!

  Today was my first time going to Black Moon. Honestly, I have never had a better piercing experience. John was a super friendly guy that helped me relax. When he did my septum, I could barely tell anything happened. Super clean studio, great customer service, amazing work! I really liked that I had tons of options for my jewelry- quality, unique jewelry. If I decide to get anything else done- which I just might, I will definitely go back. John was so great and I am so happy with my septum piercing.

  If you're thinking about getting a piercing, this is the place to go! My sister and I had an appointment with Alex and had the best experience ever. We both got multiple ear piercings and he made it such an enjoyable and painless time. Super friendly yet so professional. He also helped pick out earrings that would all go together. I seriously couldn't be happier. So stoked to go back for more!
