(July 26, 2023, 6:38 am)The West Hartford libraries cooperate with dozens of libraries in surrounding towns. Chances are that the book you are dying to read is at one of them. You can request that it be brought to your library and you can pick it up there when it arrives! I love this system!

That library is located in the north portion of West Hartford.
That library is nice and the staff are amazing. -

(September 18, 2019, 11:54 am)Small place, nice people and fun to come with your kiddos when there are activities. My kiddos enjoyed a lot playing with the toys and another kids.

(July 19, 2016, 4:45 pm)A smaller, yet more accessible library than Noah Webster. Great selection, open environment and perfect for reading! Not that great for browsing, however, so I recommend scrolling through the online catalog at home to see if they have the book on shelf.
The librarians always friendly, and they even forgave one of my fines! The children's and teens sections are also great, possibly better than the adult collection.
One thing: there's a senior center attached, which might be confusing.
Besides that, go ahead, take your kids or whoever, and get a book!
