Myself as well as a few other operators have all been promoted from within or moved to better positions they wanted. Bonus's and communication really make you feel like you're part of something bigger.
Even my wife recommends this place to all of her friends and she doesn't work here! -

I felt like a member of the team from my first day. I felt like a member of the family before the end of my first week.
