When my family member first got here, this place was going through some big changes. Although there were a few bumps on the road, we've had a positive experience overall. The nurses have been on top of his care from day one, caregivers that were not assigned to my family member would come in just to check in on him and other residents, the physical therapists have been patient and caring, and his social worker made it very clear that it was all about him and what HE wanted. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to be hospitable. The people directly involved in his care (nurses and aids) have gone above and beyond their duties, taking care of him like family and in turn, earning our admiration and respect in the short period of time my family never has been here. They execute their duties with confidence, experience, and do not fear asking for help when needed. Like many places in healthcare, it does experience staffing shortages, but the staff do not show their frustration, are very professional, and make sure needs are met.
This type of level of care cannot be found just anywhere.
I am in this industry and have opportunities to work with many skilled nursing facilities, wanted to take the time to applaud the leadership. It has been a pleasure working with all of their locations, their appreciation for clinical excellence impressive. Personally and professionally having the opportunity to work with their clinical staff, I would easily trust sending my loved ones to any of their facilities. : )
My name is Donna and I just got home from Eagleview today. I was there for about 6 weeks and the staff there is amazing and have done everything right. I honestly have no complaints and they all have gone above and beyond to make my experience as bearable as possible even under the circumstances that I was facing. Not everyday was easy but they made me persevere and keep trying harder. I could never thank them enough for all that they have done for me.
