(August 12, 2019, 9:39 am)This business is incredible. My wife and I bought our super antique engagement rings in Montreal at a total dive estate shop. Neither of us had ever seen rings like the ones we bought and that’s why we loved them, but we knew they needed serious attention if they were going to last forever. I dropped them off at Big Ben to be reinforced, polished, have the stones securely set, etc and within a week or so they had been overhauled like I could not believe. My mother is a gemologist and I grew up studying jewelry and viewing stones with her- this said, Big Ben did one of the most expert repairs on our rings I’ve ever seen. And to top it all off, I feel they undercharged me, their pricing was so reasonable. I am beyond lucky to have found this business to handle one of the most precious tokens of our lives. Thank you, Big Ben!!!

He helped me through the entire process. He accommodated all my requests and guided me in the right direction to keep me within my budget while ensuring the best quality possible. Most importantly, my fiancé absolutely loves the ring and it certainly exceeded her expectations. If you’re like me and don’t know a whole lot about diamonds or jewelry, then go here. They’ll help you and go beyond their means to stick within the budget and make sure you’re happy with the product.
