(July 8, 2020, 11:07 pm)I literally had the best experience when I went to bicycle source in Pompton plains yesterday. I arrived 15 min before they officially opened and they welcomed me in with a smile (how awesome is that, before they even opened). Than they assisted me with such professionalism and kindness. They took my bike and within 2 hours called me back to say it was fixed and ready. When I picked it up I added a water bottle holder to my bill and without asking they threw in the bottle for free. Both the young man working and the owner were awesome. Even though my second bike didn’t need it I took it their today to support this locally owned business and to my Pleasant surprise the service was an exact repeat of yesterday. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any and ALL your bike needs. Great job
