  Tracy was especially nice and helpful in coordinating the repairs and keeping me informed. Quality of the work looks great and would highly recommend the shop. All work and encounters were pleasant and professional. Hopefully won’t be back but if so will be here!

  Good price and great work. The entire staff is amazing and very friendly. I dealt with Paul who was awesome and easy to work with. No BS and knew exactly what I was looking for.
  
  Brought my new Tesla Model 3 in for paint protection film, ceramic coat, and tint. When I came to pick my car up it was in my opinion ready to go. There were a couple of fingerprints on the window that I didn't mention to them or even care about, but someone on the staff noticed them and they asked me to wait for 5 minutes. They took my car to the back and cleaned the car and I was on my way. My car was perfectly done and given back to me as fresh as it was when I picked it up from Tesla. I would recommend anyone to this shop confidently.

  Hands down, the greatest experience I’ve ever had in needing an auto body shop. Someone had thrown a block of wood at my car while driving on the expressway and I was devastated to learn of the damage when I arrived at work after the incident. I had no idea where to turn to for help. Bi County Auto Body worked with my insurance company and kept me informed through text and email during the entire process. When my car was finished and returned to me, I was shocked in disbelief that it looked brand new. The paint matched my car, there was zero evidence of the damage AND my car was SPOTLESS. They washed my car and cleaned the interior! As a mom of an 8 month old, I wouldn’t have found time for a car wash on my own and your shop honestly exceeded all expectations and helped a mama out! Thank you so much! I’M IN LOVE WITH MY CAR!!!

  I had an out-of-the-ordinary set of circumstances occur when I brought my car to Bi County Auto Body, but the way in which it was resolved was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them myself in the future if needed.
  
  After I was involved in a small fender bender, I took it to Bi County for repairs. My insurance company totalled the car and because I had been happy with the car up to that point I decided to buy it back from them. This process took a couple of months, and when I came to collect the car to allow my buddy to repair and respray the damage, a large number of trim items from the door, front bumper and engine bay were missing.
  
  Despite many attempts to find the missing parts, they could not be located and so John, the owner of Bi County agreed to pay me in full for all the parts and hardware I needed to repair my car. Clearly he could have fought against me but was a real stand-up guy and was only apologetic for what had happened.
  
  In short, a quality body shop, owned by a man with real integrity.
