(May 4, 2017, 7:57 am)Bought a BH couch in August 2016 and the adjustable head rest malfunctioned after 3 short months.. not sure if this was a defect or simply poor manufacturing. I have been trying to get them to fix it properly since Nov 2016. Maybe I should be happy they sent a replacement headrest, however the color is completely different and although I have sent them a picture they have not even responded to my emails. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service thus far. Hoping for a resolution, that leaves me with a functional couch in all the same color.
Addendum: post this review my couch got fixed within a week and looks great and is functioning perfectly.
