  The most fun and motivating classes that yield great results! My daughter and I love coming to class and feel energized and happy every time (she’s only 8 :)). This class is for anyone looking for a great workout in an upbeat atmosphere. The instructor is amazing, she has so much positive energy and it translates onto everyone in class.

  The best workout instructor on the island! Nadyas classes are filled with positivity, laughter and so much fun. You finish your hard working day with stress release, positivity and happy mood. Nadya is flexing to work with you privately as well as group. Highly recommend!

  Amazing zumba class! So high energy and fun! Nadya is also my personal trainer and i have to say it has been amazing working with her. By body aches have gotten so much better and i feel stronger and happier. Highly recommend

  So far the best instructor I ever met in New York. Nadia is a professional instructor and great woman . I love her Zumba classes , make me energize, motivate and feel lighter) . Nadya is a great personal trainer as well. Recommend 100%! Thumbs up!!!

  Best class and best instructor! Once you start you simply can’t quit. Nadya is the most energetic and positive coach. Her energy is contagious! She has variety of classes to fit different needs. Classes take place at convenient time and location.
