Dr. Josh Shapiro
My star rating is solely based on the
office operations and excludes my experience with my Doctor. I would rate Dr.Shapiro's service 5 stars for his sheer will to overcome the obstacles of this office. I will return for his service alone.
My first impression of the office; the reviews regarding wait time and operations of this location are valid. By no fault of his own, Dr.Shapiro worked to correct my impression of the business by taking time to apologize for the chaotic vibe and sharing his own frustration with the process. The owner or operator of this facility needs to reevaluate their office procedures to better organize and expedite the patient wait times. Appoint a head of operations or make changes to existing leadership.

quickly assessing my concerns and
providing me with a prescription based
action plan to resolve my skin issues. I
appreciate your integrity despite such
stressful working conditions. I look forward

Update: recently started Accutane to overcome chronic acne outbreaks. Hoping for a positive outcome with visibly better skin. -

(April 23, 2021, 5:19 pm)I have officially found my new dermatologist, Dr. Magakyan is amazing!!! She is friendly, detailed and made me feel very comfortable. Her staff from her assistants to front desk were also amazing! It was a great experience and I will be returning.

(March 24, 2021, 4:05 pm)This review is for the 64 Nagle Ave office. The staff there were very nice to me. The receptionists are very patient and helped me fill out all the forms. Medical assistants are nice too. Dr. Magakyan is personable, a great listener, and understanding of all my concerns. He quickly figured out what could be causing my eczema and offered various treatment options based on my needs. She made me feel empowered to improve my own health. I don't know what other offices or other staff do this.
