(March 22, 2023, 11:43 pm)I live close to their showroom in Madison, and I had an amazing experience. Nicole (their wholesale manager) helped me out today. She asked me what I liked to drink before I stopped drinking (I'm a convert to the LDS church), and made some fantastic recommendations! I ended up leaving with two bottles of wine, one which she let me try in the shop, and both were excellent! They taste like the real deal! I cannot recommend them enough, and if you have a chance to go to the showroom, make the trip! I will definitely be coming back to try more items!

Great selection with plenty for every taste. Products were wrapped very well, and customer service was great. Highly recommend them

(January 10, 2022, 11:37 am)So far, I have only tasted one of the bottles and I love it. The reason for the four stars is that because the shipment arrived on one of the coldest days of the year, although I brought the package in immediately, one of the bottles froze on shipment and popped the cork, the package was soaked. There is no one to blame for this but it was disappointing. I will certainly buy more from Better Rhodes in the future, but will order on warmer days :)
