From the beginning , they showed the outmost care and concern for my well-being. From making sure my health plan covered the equipment and verify the coverage, to making sure the equipment fit my needs and servicing the equipment. It was a positive and respectful customer care experience. I will definitely go back again to Better Healthcare Products for medical supplies, equipment, installation and service. Not only do they have the products ready and available, but most importantly, their customer service and care is positive and dependable.
