Dr. Wang is one of the best Acupuncturist in the area. She is very knowledgable, very patient and caring. I went to her for knee and other issues. She uses a new approach which is very effective in treating the conditions. I highly recommend her.
In January, I started suffering from severe knee pain. The first day was okay but by the second I could barely walk. Fortunately it was really quick and simple to secure an appointment with Dr. Wang for that second evening. The entire appointment took about 1.5 hours and she was super thorough in the diagnosis. So thorough, in fact, that I was cured by that very first appointment and the follow-up medication that she recommended for the following 2 weeks!
In the appointment, Dr. Wang spent about half the time meticulously discussing with me my medical history and recent events that may have caused the pain in my knee. In the discussion, we determined that the pain was caused by the severe cold from walks with my dog. Once we determined the cause, Dr. Wang set about with the acupuncture procedures. While she stuck in the needles, she listened to how each needle affected the pain until she found the source of the pain, sticking it in the correct places in my arms and legs so that the pain eventually subsided. Then she prescribed Chinese medicine for me to soak my feet in for the following 2 weeks. After my visit, Dr. Wang even contacted me to check on my progress. With both the acupuncture procedures and the recommended follow-up treatment, my knee is now completely healed, even in the cold. Dr. Wang clearly cares about her patients and it shows in her practice.
My shoulder bothered me for almost two years, I had been through the physical therapy for three month, it did not improve the condition, so I tried Acupuncture. After a few times of treatment, my shoulder feel much better. Today, my should is pain free, it's like a miracle.
