Not only is she super knowledgeable in her area of expertise but she’s gone the extra mile (journey) of dismantling what’s been passed down as status quo of nutrition information. Our family has learned so much from her that is actionable and just makes so much sense! Sarah is non-judgmental and embraces all our sticky points with nutrition as she understands many of these are inherited thoughts that don’t serve us fully. You won’t regret working with Sarah!!

I knew “sneaking” vegetables into her food wasn’t the answer I was looking for. Better Family Meals taught me how to change the way I serve and offer food to her. It’s made for better dinners for all of us. My daughter is slowly getting used to more and more food, and I couldn’t be happier!
