(August 27, 2023, 9:35 pm)Just visited my fiacee's dad for the 2nd time and found him in excellent spirits with glowing accounts about all but 1 staffer. He reported the Dietary Department made him feel genuinely valued for his generally positive feedback on their meal choices and preparations. During a walk down the hallway with him, I noticed what looked like a patient in need, in their room, and when I jogged to the Nursing Station to report his need, 3 staff ran to assist as soon as they heard the room number. They managed to be pleasant and gracious in thanking me as they all ran past me to his room. Clearly, the staff are highly responsive and, among other staff we encountered during the visit, all were pleasant, warm, professional, and clearly committed to patient satisfaction. Finally, the facility was (for the second visit in 2 weeks) clean, neat, and fresh smelling. Should I ever need care in such a facility, I would hope it will be as nice and well-staffed!
