I had a damaged tubeless tire replaced for an okai neon pro scooter. I contacted this business and got a response quick. Tubeless tires can be difficult to replace and everywhere i went nobody had a clue on how to even get the old tire off. Chris at Bethlehem eBike was able to fix the problem . I'd recommend this guy to anyone with an ebike or scooter.
Just got my done tuned up and absolutely amazing even taught step by step and what does what exactly 💯💯💯💯start coming here. Anywhere else is rip off but this place is just better than A1 the service is A100.
Called today to ask for an expert opinion on my wife's ebike electrical problem. Spoke to Chris who listened while I explained the issue and he patiently tried to point me in the right direction to solve our electrical glitch. Took a genuine interest. And...my wife bought this ebike online, not from him. Great guy without having met him in person. Took the time to help a stranger.
I was searching high and low for someone to fix my husbands ebike to no avail. Contacted the manufacturer via email...send whatsap messages and got no response. Have been at this for about 3 months. Very frustrating when you have no response and your e bike came defective. So my husband went to several bike places and noone fixes this type of bike. He was about to call it quits when looking online I found Bethlehem ebike. So I said to him...whats the worse that can happen...that they dont fix your bike? It doesnt hurt to call. So I called and Chris picked up the phone right away. I first asked if he fixes e bikes and bells went off when he said he did. So I explained the situation and he told me to bring the bike and he would take a look at it. So my husband took the bike to him and Chris really went above and beyond to
figure out what he could do to fix it. Even though he couldnt find a way to fix it....he recommended buying the piece he needed. Chris also tried to get in touch with the manufacturer and couldnt get through either. In case anyone is wondering where he got the e bike from, he got it from Coswheel. Paid almost 3 grand for it and it came defective. Anyway, my husband went to pay him for his services and he wouldnt take a dime. So to make this story short, my husband ordered the piece he suggested and now he is just waiting on the part. I will be back here in a few days and keep everyone updated on the issue.
Okay. I am back. All I have to say is that the e bike works like a charm. Chris you rock! Thank you very much. My husband is soooo happy now. He is now actually enjoying all the features of his bike. He tested it out and came back with a koolaid smile on his face. If it wasnt for Chris' knowledge my husband wouldnt have known what to buy or what to do. Very saavy and knows his stuff. I recommend Bethlehem E bike to anyone who owns one or if anyone wants to turn their bikes into an ebike. I will post a video shortly. Again, Chris youre the best
