(March 9, 2022, 7:43 am)As a consumer of nursing care after my stay at NWH I was very happy with the attentive staff and pleasant surroundings- being able to go walk outside in the courtyard daily very much helped my mental and emotional recovery as well as physical. PT and OT were excellent, and I continue there as an outpatient- it’s worth the trip!

(November 26, 2020, 8:36 pm)My mom was a resident at Bethel Nursing Home for about 4 years. She was on 1E with Bridget, Donna and Joanne . They took very good care of her and all of her needs. My mom was very easy going and they made sure that my mom was comfortable and had what she needed. Bridget was so amazing with my mom. My mom would smile when she walked into her room and the nights Bridget wasn’t there my mom would be sad. Bridget was there for my mom up until the end when my mom was put on 1W Bridget was the one that I went to get to help her and be with her Bridget is an awesome nurse and person!!!! We loved her!!!!!!!

(March 14, 2020, 5:38 pm)My Grandma was a resident here for the last 2 years of her life. The staff was amazing. They treated her with respect and took care of her every need. She said she thought of them as family. The facility was extremely clean and very comfortable. We were not able to take of her at home and they made the last chapter of her life like she was home. A wonderful place.

(March 14, 2020, 2:34 pm)I have had two experiences with Bethel. First with my father who was there from Fall of 2013 until he passed away in May of 2014. The staff was so caring, they came by at every meal and fed him because in the end he was unable to. They always checked on him. Kept us up to date as to how he was doing. The care he received there was excellent and our family is truly great fun to the staff that made his last few months comfortable. Thank you for going above and beyond.
My second experience is more recent. I recently (Like last Monday) placed a wonderful close friend of mine who is like an aunt to me there for rehab. The staff has been attentive and made sure she is comfortable and receives the care she needs so she can get better. Out of precaution because she had been hospitalized with the flu and pneumonia, they quarantined her for 48 hours, which is a very prudent move on the nursing home’s part with what is going on today. They examined her and determined that she needed to stay a few days longer and have gone above and beyond in assisting her in making sure her Medicare covers her stay and attempting to expedite her Medicaid. She is there now and could not be happier!
