(May 9, 2023, 7:29 pm)This is one of the best agencies in town. They actually call periodically and see if you need to make adjustments. Always friendly and eager to assist. I previously had Lansdowne Nationwide. In 12 years they didn't call one time. Not even after my daughter's accident. My only regret is not switching to Beth Moloughney sooner.

(January 24, 2023, 6:22 pm)I had an issue with a towing company. They were not supposed to charge me the $173.00 that they charged. I went to the office and explained my situation to Christina Portillo. She checked my policy and realizing that I indeed had towing coverage, put in motion the refund process to get that money back to me. I followed up with her today, January 24th and she explained that the issue had been closed at the corporate office on 01/18/23, and I would be expecting the refund soon. Great customer service by Christina. She is very personable and a delight to communicate with. After using Geico for the last 30 years, it's so nice to be able to have a face to face with my insurance company. So glad I made the switch to State Farm.
