  Keith and his team do a great job of rehabilitating his patients . I had a hip replacement and wrist surgery over the last 6 years. They are all very professional and truly care about your recovery. The cheerful environment and attitude really make a difference. I highly recommend the entire team.

  Quality care from the first phone call to every visit that followed. Everyone at B.E.S.T. are so kind and welcoming. Laurie is gentle and patient with my mom. The knowledge B.E.S.T. has given my mom has truly helped in her recovery. They’ve also helped me in the care of my mom. It’s so invaluable when my mom tells me she feels safe when she goes to B.E.S.T. - highly recommend!

  When I first came to B.E.S.T. I had to use the elevator to get upstairs, couldn't make it through my initial evaluation and had more questions and concerns that I had certainties. Having multiple herniated discs, the pain and mobility had me severely impaired. Thanks to my PT Michelle she was able to get me back to feeling almost like I did previously, regaining my confidence and changing my outlook on recovery
  Margie and Valentina as my aides were amazing. The front office, Justine and Yessenia were always there to help with my schedule. I'd recommend BEST to everyone.

  I have known that B.E.S.T. Institute was a reliable, go-to, physical therapy facility by word of mouth from acquaintances and now having my own experience with Keith as a Physical Therapist confirmed the reviews. The care and attention that I received from all of the staff in the Middlesex office was amazing. They care about the well being of all of their patients. They are attentive and helpful. I saw great improvement with the care that I received! I would highly recommend Keith and his staff to anyone in need of a friendly, welcoming, and productive physical therapy experience!
