  Many very old and delicate articles to be cleaned and personnel were welcoming immediately as I entered. VERY friendly and listened to everything I had concerns for. BEAUTIFUL Job--all in excellent condition and everything returned to me!

  Wonderful attentive service. I dropped off a 100-year-old raccoon coat for cleaning and reconditioning. Unfortunately, the fur company they use said it wouldn't survive that well. Kathy, the manager, left me a VM saying that she would call the office to refund my money, which they did in full. When I went in to get the coat and a cashmere coat, I left for dry cleaning; she asked whether I received it. Yes. She noted the cashmere coad had lost a button, which I knew. They sewed one of the extra ones, attached to the inside of the coat, at no charge. Nice.

  Dropped off production jackets that had spray foam, insulation and other chemicals on them. They were ready in a day and looked better than I could ever get them in my home washer and dryer. Great customer service from drop off to pick up. Will definitely be using them again!!
