Not only was Dr. Bontempi professional, and very thorough, his customer service and his staff’s were over the top! They make you feel special and cared about. It is obvious they are there to do what’s best for you, even if it means not doing a procedure you thought you needed. I never thought I would say it was refreshing to go to an oral surgeon, but they were just that! A heart felt thank you to all of you!!
Had my wisdom teeth removed here and experienced no difficulties or undue pain. Dr. Bontempi and staff's kindness, knowledge, and professionalism helped greatly to put me at ease for a surgery I was very anxious going into. It was a pleasure to be a patient of Dr. Bontempi and I would strongly recommend him!
In preparation for complete upper and lower dentures Dr. Bontempi removed a total of twenty-one mostly loose and broken teeth. No pain and very little inconvenience. Along with the implants the Dr. installed and I expect will work out wonderfully, I was very impressed with the professionalism and manner in which these procedures were done. I would definitely go to Berkshire Facial Surgery again if need be.

I had an excellent experience! Bri was very welcoming, explained everything clearly. The Dr. was great, they gave me some nitrous oxide to relax, then anesthesia, I had a tooth removed and implant installed in one visit, walked out the door pain free. Pain did come later in the day, but not terrible. Great experience, thank you!!
Dr Bontempi did my wisdom teeth a few years ago. Surgery was textbook, recovery was almost painless, and his personality makes him a joy to work with. I wouldn't go to anyone else for future oral surgery needs.
