Steven Taylor, a representative I had the privilege of working with, is the kindest, most patient, and helpful bank representative that I have ever done business with. He and Berkshire helped me keep my small business alive through the hardest parts of the pandemic with great information and guidance towards government assistance. I can't say enough good things about this bank. They took me in as a new client when no other banks would. My international corporate bank at the time would not give me the time of day for a single response to my needs for help. Berkshire is a bank that is full of great people, trustworthy, and committed to helping the local community. Myself and my business will be a client of theirs forever. Thank you so much!
