I needed pick up and delivery for several quilts and comforters. They picked them up the day after I created an order and delivered them back to me the next day. They were packaged as if they were just purchased from the store. The prices were very reasonable too. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

(February 19, 2023, 10:33 pm)I have used the fluff and fold service quite a few times and I couldn’t be happier. I haven’t had a single thing lost or ruined. They take care in their work and honor special requests such as hang dry, cold water, gentle..etc. Just bring your hangers from home. Fairly priced and great for those moments of laundry desperation. Glad I found another tool to put into my “busy mom, no time” tool kit.

(January 1, 2023, 2:49 pm)This business is great! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and courteous. I started with self-service and very happy with the site (machines work well, clean, well-lit). Then I gave wash & fold a try and that was AWESOME!! Staff is nice and professional and do a great job. Love having laundry done for me to free up my day. Will definitely try the pick-up and delivery service. Thank you for making laundry sooooo much easier!!!

They let you know when they are on their way so I left my bags outside my door and my clothes came back clean, folded so beautifully and they smelled fantastic! And again, I was notified when they were on their way to drop off which was nice so they didn’t sit outside my door and I was able to give the lovely delivery girl a gratuity! She certainly earned it….she saved me from lugging my humongous laundry bags up and down my stairs. This service is a godsend. 10 stars all around😇
