  Recently I suffered a injury that literally turned my life upside down, financially , emotionally and physically. Not knowing what to do at first after seeing doctors and hearing I would need surgery, I couldn’t begin to think straight, after a few months and seeing this wasn’t a quick broken bone and back to work, I was recommended to talk to Bergman Bergman Fields and Lamonsoff. I talked to Michael Bergman and I instantly felt like I was speaking with someone who cares and who I can trust which made my decision very easy. Anytime I would send a email I would get a response the same day, anytime I called, if Michael was busy he would call back same day and if not 1 of the paralegals or secretary’s would be able to help me and answer any questions I had. I have spoke with Vania in the office many times and it has never felt like a “buisness call” I always felt like I was speaking with someone who cared about me and my well being. There were times I would be at a breaking point and would call The office and either Michael or Vania would get on the phone and for 40 minutes not a word of my case was mentioned it was just more of a friend letting me know it’s normal what I am going through and there is a light at the end of the tunnel and I can never thank them enough for it. My case was settled for much more than I ever expected.Michael gave me a timeline it should take and even with Covid and all the delays he was very accurate and upfront. My case was settled over a year ago and I still keep in touch with Michael as a friend because that is how he made me feel.This firm truly treats you like family. I went through the worst time of my life and if it wasn’t for them I have no idea where I would be , monetary value is important but the care you get from every single owner/employee can not be matched anywhere , I thank you all for the treatment and understanding I received here , and would recommend them to anyone in need.

Michael personally went above and beyond for me when others labeled my case as a merely having a nuisance value.Michael believing in my case and through his firms own expense went to the appeals court and succeeded in having a previous court ruling overturned.   I have used Mr Bergman and his firm in the past and he and his staff are absolutely amazing! He truly treats you like family and I've seen these commercials of law firms that fight for their clients but Mr Bergman and his staff ACTUALLY do it as well as returns calls promptly where as I hardly ever heard from my other attorney before switching to Mr Bergman and his staff.. They ALWAYS kept me in the loop of what was going on and he was able to finalize everything to my liking as well! Thank you!!!

  I am a client who was always made to feel like family who normally doesn’t take the time to share a review. Michael and Julie Bergman are now considered part of my family for what they did for me and my family. They always went above and beyond, even responding while on vacation.
