  Maria has been my personal trainer for over a year. She has been instrumental in getting me into shape, giving me the motivation I have needed. She is generous with her availability, always ensuring I get a proper workout. Maria is also a very nice person to work with and has been accommodating with scheduling. I would highly recommend Maria to anybody looking for a fitness coach.

  I have really enjoyed my time working with Maria!! She is a very friendly, knowledgeable trainer who really listens to her clients' wants and needs. She does an excellent job curating workouts based on her clients goals. I recommend her to anyone looking to jump start their fitness journey or wanting a fresh perspective with their existing exercise routine. I'm so grateful for all the new things I learned from her!

  Maria is an amazing trainer! She’s extremely patient and encouraging and it was a real pleasure to work with her to achieve my goals. She switched up the workouts every session and kept it fun and motivating while targeting my goals.

  Maria is an excellent trainer. She listened to my fitness goals (strength training and core workouts) and really met my needs. I told her my back was a source of pain so we worked on exercises that would help ease the pain. She also made working out fun! I highly recommend Maria for your workout needs.
