(August 8, 2021, 11:51 pm)I had an issue with Forever Flawless located in Willowbrook Mall. I was sold products that were unwrapped....and during the pandemic, no less! My credit card company didn't do much to help me, nor did the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I contacted this agency and they were so quick to act on my complaint, thankfully! My complaint was resolved in a couple of weeks and I rec'd a refund for a hefty $1,599. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the investigator that resolved this issue!! Great job and a real nice guy to deal with!!!
