  I went to Bergen Optometry to get an eye exam and replace an old pair of frames with an updated prescription. Dr. Shoshana gave me a thorough exam and let me know I had dry eye syndrome. I had it years ago. It made sense as I was feeling a some irritation lately. She gave me a prescription for drops and some other instructions how to alleviate my condition. It was a pleasant experience and a very welcoming environment. I felt totally that I came to the right place. I have a follow up in a month.

  As someone who has worn glasses and seen many eye doctors since I was 7 years old, I was very impressed by the level of service and hospitality I received today while visiting Bergen Optometry. Dr. Puleo answered any and all questions I had concerning my eye health and made sure I left there feeling reassured and taken care of — this was a nice feeling! So many optometrists want you in and out as fast as possible.
  
  Choosing glasses with Edna was wonderful. She laid out my options, and helped me pick the best-of-the-best. She was able to answer all my questions about different lenses, coatings, and insurance options. I highly recommend Bergen Optometry for anyone looking for new options.

  Went in as a new patient for a check-up and saw Dr. Abbas -- she was great and I'd definitely recommend. It was easy to set up my appointment on the website as well as fill out the new patient forms online before coming in to speed up the check-in process. I do wish there was more of a selection of glasses to choose from, but it's a small location so I can understand.
  Metered street parking is available.

  As a new patient, I had a great experience and Bergen Optometry. The staff was kind, pleasant and prompt. I was taken within 15m of arrival. The doctor explained everything and was so sweet. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Bergen Optometry for all of your eye needs. Thanks again guys!

  Visiting Bergen Optometry for the first time yesterday was one of the best doctor visits I have ever experienced. The staff was extremely pleasant and the online pre-registration process made things go quickly and efficiently when i arrived. Dr. Brody was warm, kind and remarkable in the way she explained everything to me, I did not feel rushed at all. I felt like everyone had a personal interest in me. I have already recommend this practice to several friends and family.
