Very satisfied with the work performed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Work was performed as promised at a reasonable price. Louis kept me informed and it made for a smooth transition. Could not be happier of the job Charles and Keith did converting to gas and installing a dishwasher. Found a plumbing company that delivered.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the easy to work with from start to finish. Louis , Keith, and Aaron are all very knowledgeable. I had a unique situation where my main water sleeve was leaking, these guys came up with a custom solution that worked and kept my basement dry. All the work was done on time and in a neat, clean, and efficient manner. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I will be using these guys again.

Keith, Louis and the entire team was super responsive, explained all work that needed to be done upfront, and was competitively priced. Any calls made to the office were handle with top customer service and always addressed in a timely fashion. Definitely would hire again for future plumbing work that needs to be done.

Where to begin. Over the last few years, I've found it VERY hard to find reputable companies who actually want to show up and work (customer service seems to be a thing of the past)... Until now. There aren't even words to begin to describe how happy I am that I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Imagine...a company who not only RETURNS phone calls, but actually shows up and does the work as well (and, when promised).

The speed and professionalism from the very first contact throughout the entire installation of my heater AND hot water heater (hasn't been a very good month) was just the start of the positive experience I've had with them.

Keith first came out (almost immediately) to check out the situation. Louis immediately followed up to let me know that the would be putting together a quote) and, just like that, we were in business. They arrived when they said they would arrive. Their tech, Aaron, was as prompt, courteous and professional as I could expect. I was constantly kept in the loop as to the work that was going on, asked if I had any questions and was anwered in terms that I could understand. Keith and Louis also stayed in touch throughout the process to see if I was happy with the work done so far and if I had any questions.

The price I was given was quite reasonable...especially given that my neighbor had the SAME work done (minus the water heater) a few years back and, THEN, it was $2,500 more than I was quoted for the same work NOW.

They even found that a step WASN'T necessary in the installation...They COULD have just done it and kept the bill the same (how the heck would I have known it wasn't needed), but they were honest and told me and deducted that portion from the bill.

I don't want to keep running on, but I can't praise this company enough...from the first contact to the last goodbye. I don't wish plumbing issues on anyone, but, if you DO need this type of work done...look NO further than this company.

Trust me, they will treat you and your home as if you were family and it was their own home....
