(August 16, 2023, 10:46 am)Great bike shop with a ton of different products. All pricing is in line with online pricing. Service for a newbie is incredible. I spent hours on multiple trips trying to marry my needs and learning what would be best. I felt like Jan cared, was very vested in me having a good experience and don’t try to oversell my anything too high of my price range.
Highly recommend and happy it’s down the road from me! -

Not to mention the shop is packed to the gills with everything you could ever need (and some nice looking bikes)! I am a customer for life, now!

(November 17, 2022, 8:58 pm)Was on the hunt for a great bike path / cruising bike. Was referred to Benidorm in Canton, CT by good friends. Stopped in & met with Keith. Keith listened carefully to my biking needs & fitness goals and directed me to a great Trek bike. We found the correct model & correct blend of carbon fiber /aluminum frame for my budget & weight lifting abilities (weight of bike), disc brakes and the colour combination was perfect. Ordered the bike, was in within a week (no supply chain issues here!). Keith assembled the bike, called when it was ready. At pick up we accessorized the bike with really cool front and rear lights for safety, a bottle cage and cool kick stand. Keith walked me through removing the front wheel for transport (easy) and adjusting the seat height although the seat was good to go. The Trek 3 is just a really great bike. Benidorm & Keith provided me with a wonderful purchasing experience. Thanks Benidorm!

(March 21, 2022, 1:57 pm)Such a helpful environment, I was able to try a whole bunch of bikes and really get a feel for what I was looking for. The store even has a small mountain bike trail out back for customers to try out bikes on! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or like there was a time limit on my browsing. Two rides into my new bike I am still thrilled with the purchase and I wouldn't have been able to make the decision without the expert help at Benidorm!
