(May 28, 2023, 2:31 pm)I want to Personally recognize Jessica and Stephanie for tier outstanding customer service this past Memorial day weekend. I had placed an order with another local pizza shop on Thursday for a 10am Saturday pickup. Although we had eaten at Bella Baci before, we like to try new places and spread it out a little. I called after placing the order online to confirm my order was going to ready for pick up at 10am Saturday morning as I had to drive about 4 hours away for the holiday weekend. The manager told me no problem, but then I showed up on Saturday, the workers there had no idea about an order. Frustrated, I left and went straight to Bella Baci, Which was not open yet, but they were in preparation for their day. They gladly took my order, prepared it as expeditiously as possible and got me on my way. And the pizza was as to be expected, delicious even 4 hours older when w e finally got around to eating it. Don't waste your time other places.

(March 23, 2023, 10:47 am)I was so memorized by every yummy looking treat I forgot to take pics of the bakery. The staff was super helpful the shop is cute. Pretty much everything I ordered was amazingly delicious. Their donuts are decadent; they're big but not dense and fluffy and most importantly not greasy. I promise I'll update the review later with some pics of the goodies I purchased. Belli Baci is definitely a must try!!

(March 9, 2021, 7:45 pm)This place is like going back to my childhood days in Brooklyn. They made me the most spectacular Strawberry shortcake for my birthday in January. Highly recommend. They have beautiful cakes, pastries, bread, rolls. The service is so personable.
