(August 26, 2023, 2:20 pm)I was not sure what to expect, as I had never been to Bella Luna. They have usually been closed when I've passed by. I went in for takeout. The lovely young ladies working were polite. I ordered beef empanadas and grilled jalapeños. I waited for about 10 minutes for my order, sitting comfortably in the colorful, clean and festive space near the entrance. Someone brought the food over to me. The empanadas were beautiful and cooked perfectly, with a very flavorful filling. I have to admit that the chilies were surprisingly too hot for me, though I did enjoy the heat at first. The rest went to my husband. I am anxious to return to Bella Luna to dine in. They have a chalkboard with many daily specials when you enter- make sure to look for it on the right. I had forgotten I'd read other reviews saying they missed the specials board, and I walked right past it as well. Looking forward to returning to Bella Luna!
