I've been training with Gerard weekly for almost 3 months now, and I feel very lucky to have our training session as part of my routine! Gerard is an incredible trainer, who is knowledgeable and attentive to individual needs. On top of that, he is extremely aware of the mind and body connection and makes a point to address any mental issues his trainees have during the sessions. He has a calming presence, and at the same time, very motivating and brings fun to the (sometimes) challenging exercises. I always feel recharged after our sessions. I can't recommend Gerard more if anyone is looking to build workout into their routines!
I am thrilled that I found this gem of a place! Gerard is a true professional and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I’ve been training with Gerard for a little over 3 months now and couldn’t be happier… At 55, I’m feeling like the young athlete that I used to be! No matter your fitness level, Gerard develops a plan specific for you and your objectives; he makes the sessions challenging and fun.
Gerard is an amazing trainer and person. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things related to the mind, body, and soul. He brings a wonderfully attuned focus to address my specific needs and provides exercises that match those needs. Since working with him, my sleep has improved, and I have greater endurance with a noticeable increase in strength. I feel very fortunate to be working with Gerard and highly recommend him to be your trainer and coach!
Gerard is first and foremost an awesome person! Have been working with him for a couple of years to bulk up and try to kick off my olympic career. He has been patient and kind and extremely knowledgeable as he trains me. Sadly, it has become apparent I will fall short of grabbing those rings, but Gerard has been an amazing coach and friend. I highly recommend working with Gerard to follow your health and fitness dreams for both body and mind. Also recommend making sure you share those goals with him and not remain silent about them as I have done. I blame myself for not becoming an official olympic curler. Mostly because I don’t love the cold … nor have I really tried to learn the rules.
I started training with Gerard recently and am already seeing amazing results. He brings positivity, kindness and enthusiasm to each session and I always walk out feeling so much better than when I walked in. He has an innate sense of knowing when to push me to do more, but also knowing when I’ve had enough. I couldn’t recommend Gerard more highly!
