  Best strength training around. The coaches are all certified trainers and you can do small group training to one on one training. They help to reach your goals and beyond. Highly recommend.

  I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and have worked with fitness professionals for over a decade. JR is hands down one of the best strength coaches I’ve worked with. He goes above and beyond for every athlete and treats his high school and college clients with the exact same enthusiasm and detail he does with his elite athletes. He also focuses on the mental aspect of the game more than most strength coaches.

  Coach JR has absolutely helped our son overcome some obstacles. It's not only about the workout and the nutrition. No one is created equally and all sports require different workouts. Coach really connects with his members and customizes a routine and/or nutrition plan to help them achieve their goal, based on their individual needs/sport. We are happy to have our son be a part of his program.

  Both my daughter and son recently started working with JR. to say we’ve been happy is an understatement. My daughter is jumping better than she ever has and we see her strength increase every week. My son was surprised to see how much stronger he has become in just a few short weeks. The nutritional program has changed the way they eat and the motivational aspect is what they love. I can’t wait to see how they develop in the future. Thanks so much JR!

  As a former D1 athlete, you do what you can to surround yourself with the absolute best. Coach JR was THE best. Day in and day out, he gave it his all in order to make you the best you could be. He tailored everything you did to fit YOU. Honestly, I cannot say enough about what Coach JR has done for me personally. Each and every workout he pushed you to give 110%, and you left Beleive facility feeling like you gave it everything you could. Coach JR pushed me to be the next level athlete I was striving to be.
