She sees the big picture- anticipates needs - very compassionate when needed. Gabrielle the nurse on the main floor day shift is exceptional!!@

(February 3, 2023, 11:46 pm)I must say my mom came in this evening for Rehab, Barbara at Reception was very helpful and pleasant, Nursing staff was very nice, Misha and Denise, the CNA's were extremely helpful, with Everything in getting my Mom settled in for her first night there.
Overall the exsperiance was very helpful and pleasant. -

(January 25, 2023, 2:59 pm)Everyone at Bel Air from the nursing staff to the physical therapists, patient technicians and everyone in between are angels who work here. The level of care given is truly remarkable. They are on top of everything. From the moment my family member arrived, the head of each department was there to introduce themselves to learn her likes and dislikes, they went over the services their department provided. It is such a relief to be able to say I trust that my loved one is in good hands. To have a loved one need to go to rehab is extremely stressful and I am so glad we chose Bel Air. This is the second time my family member has used this facility and while I hope she doesn’t have to go back, I know is she does, Bel Air is our first choice.
