Have been getting help from Dr. Li for over ten years. He is my Primary Doctor ( do not feel need for a western medical Dr.) Dr. Li manages every physical issue I present and I am happy to say I have never felt as well in my physical body.
I have nothing but praise for Dr Li. Just one visit and I was a new man. A nagging pain in my neck muscles that I had for over 6 months was gone. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr Li is by far the best Chinese acupuncturist I have gone to. He basis his practice out of true Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and because of him, my symptoms have improved greatly. Dr Li deeply believes in the health of his patience and takes time to ensure they get the best care possible (one is never rushed out of the office or pushed aside). What I love most is that he practices cupping/scrapping, Chi energy work, and acupuncture needles. He diagnoses via tongue and pulse and during some visits he uses one technique or combines a few (I will add that you can truly feel his work both energy-wise and needle-wise). He decides what is necessary on the way your body shows symptoms and what it is that you explain are your symptoms. Things he has treated me for: headaches, bowels, sugar addiction along with a slight alcohol addiction, infertility, common colds, tale bone pain, and lower back pain due to kidneys along with liver stagnation. Dr Li goes above and beyond and helps your body recover from years of abuse both mentally and physically.
On a personal note, I am a 37 year old woman (vegan - macrobiotics) within the high school special education field. My journey is to always find peace within my spirit and body and Dr. Li has helped make that happen. I also drive 2 hours to see him because I believe in his work that much.
Dr. Li is the best acupuncturist I have ever gone to and I venture to say that he is one of the most excellent Chinese Doctors in this country. He has studied the traditional way for many years (10+) before becoming certified as a Chinese Medicine Doctor (unlike many western acupuncturists who take 1 - 3 years to become certified) and he is a truly caring, knowledgeable, and skilled individual. He has helped me and I know he has helped others when all other avenues failed. While there are many acupuncturists out there - some very famous or flashy, many or most do not really understand the art of true healing - they settle for pain relief, which can mask symptoms just like drugs or pills do. So, if you are looking for true healing and making a change in your body and life for the better - I recommend Dr. Li above all.
