Was treated just like I was sure I would be very professional. I went to the pizza party and had most all of my questions answered there, without even having to ask. They were very professional, and knew exactly what they were talking about. And when I went to the office to sign up, they were all prepared and got me in and out very quickly. Everything was wonderful! I really appreciated the response time when I first made contact to preplan for mom’s services . Amber was fabulous taking us through all the options and steps of preparing. You always dread it, but she made it simple and it was such a relief to have everything set. When mom did pass, Lucy took great care of us finishing up all that we needed to have the wonderful type of service mom had wished for. The process can appear intimidating, but they made it easy.
