  I called looking for an item on a bridal registry. Website said they had it but store didn't have it. Maryann answered the phone and was extremely helpful. She found one in another location and put it on hold for me. What a nice experience

  Good store design
  Lots of items in stock
  Good service for non stick items too ,we were offered free shipping for the items which were not in stock
  
  Pricing is very fair , same price as Amazon , which means either Amazon overcharge us or Bed Bath and Beyond has fair pricing , in my opinion option two is valid
  
  Staff are easy to locate , keen to help
  
  The only thing which i could not understand was , the vacuum cleaners were locked , I mean who can still have a huge vacuum cleaner ? Anyway when we called a staff member they gladly came to help but again we were not allowed to put it on our shopping cart , instead it was carried to the register , so should I be thankful or angry ?
  Thankful so they carried it for us , angry we were treated as possible .....

  This store is smaller compared to the other store locations I have been to. Clean and everything was very well organized. They have a great pillow selection which ranges to high end and pricey ones which is definitely worth it. The parking at the time I went was not bad but there’s many stores in the small mall which I can tell at times it’s hard to find.

  The Clifton Bed Bath & Beyond was clean and organized. The store is smaller than other BBB's, but it was well stocked and they had post Christmas sale items. My friend purchased a juicer and make-up remover face cloths with two coupons. Great stores!

  The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer’s mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind.
  
  I’ve been to this store twice so far and did not experience any problem in finding what I needed and also while trying to return an item I had bought at a different BBB store in NY.
  
  The parking looks wide open though there are multiple different stores and restaurants that share the same parking, so finding a spot wasn’t difficult both the times.
  
  The store has easy access to walk through the aisles and look for what you need with different specialty sections. We purchased some pillows once and when we walked in to return a pan, the store associate did the refund in a jiffy and we were out of the store in no matter of time. Even when there was a long queue of customers, everyone wore a mask and followed the 6’ distancing and the checkout was very safe.
