  Beck 'N Call is the best place I've ever had the pleasure of working. I feel that I have a well rounded view of the company, because I have worked in the office and in the field as a caregiver.
  
  I was hired when I was still a student, and the office staff was always very understanding of that. I made sure to give them a detailed explanation of my class schedule each semester and they made sure that my shifts never interfered with my school schedule.
  
  They originally hired me for office support when I was in high-school, but I eventually moved on to working in the field with clients throughout college.
  
  When I was an office assistant, I started to show interest in working in the field and they immediately helped me start a training program and I was always with an experienced Caregiver until I had the confidence I needed to be effective. As I became more experienced, I expressed that I wanted to advance to more challenging clients.
  
  The trainings are comprehensive. They don't want you to just be a good employee...they want you to be a great Caregiver. They are also happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.
  
  In my experience at Beck 'n Call, it is obvious that they truly care for all of their employees and their clients. The office staff is always available to get a hold of and they help in any way they can.
  
  I eventually had to move out of state and unfortunately couldn't continue working for Beck 'n Call anymore. Since then I have worked with other home care companies, and can honestly say that none of them seem to have the same level of care and attention to detail as Beck 'n Call.
  
  I highly recommend Beck 'n call to anyone who is interested as a future employee or as a client.

  What great service Beck 'N Call has been to our family over the years in helping care for my mother. We appreciate the support of the office staff, the attention of the caregivers and the care of the drivers who drove her to doctor’s appointments. We don’t know how we would have been able to care for mom without the Beck ‘N Call team’s professional and dedicated service even when last-minute help was needed. Five stars!

  My family needed help to take care of my father that was diagnosed with early dementia. Melissa did an initial phone interview with our family to find out what our needs were. She was informative, patient, and extremely professional. When we started services, her team displayed the same level of care from the very first visit, until now. Beck 'N Call truly lives up to their name. They go above and beyond to take care of their clients. We do not know where we would be without their help.
