(July 20, 2023, 10:44 am)I lived here since March 2022 , The property is one of the best around from the Property Manager ( Ashley and Staff ) She always took care of any concerns and issues, Maintenance ( Leo and Staff ) a problem would happen and within minutes problem resolved, The place is clean and no Rif Raf nonsense keep it that way I would recommend this complex to anyone 😉.

(May 30, 2023, 9:30 pm)I have lived here for three years now. I absolutely love my apartment, the maintenance staff…Leo is always pleasant with me. Ashley, the property manager is always available and is very responsive to any questions I may have. Ashley communicates weekly with tenants. She is very direct if things need improvement and very congratulatory to things going well.I would recommend this property to anyone. I have enjoyed my stay here, am sad to leave in all honesty. Thank you Ashley, Leo, Rob, and Ryan for all you have done to make this complex feel like a home for my daughter and I.

(September 29, 2020, 6:59 pm)I have lived here for about 1.5 years. Neighbors are very friendly. Office staff are awesome! Utilities are a little bit higher due to the 15 foot or so ceilings. Winter of 2018 was $300 average in the coldest months. Central Air and heating. KItchens are great. Wish the dumpsters were closer. But I love living here.
